Limitation of Liability

TopTekk Store is not liable for damages arising from improper use of vehicle equipment. Always follow the product instructions and confirm vehicle compatibility before use.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at support@toptekk.co.uk before the cooling-off period ends. If you have received the item, return it in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
